week 0, post-execution

[well - it's been pretty wild. but at least a few hours after execution, mineo is up and wandering. rather than listless, there's an anxious, uncertain energy in his bones.

so wherever aoi is - he'll blink in surprise when he finds her before nodding in acknowledgement]

[ sometime in the evening, aoi is here to deliver a treat to mineo! it's...... a little bag of cookies.

they're burnt to a crisp. completely inedible. ]

[ wherever mineo is at, aoi is (poorly) trying to sneek up and... stand on her tippy-toes to see if she can try and peeeeer down his collar to look at that mark again?

she's way too short for that to work and she's really bad at being inconspicuous. ]

[the funny thing is that it's not impossible - he normally leaves most of his shirt buttons undone so it's actually kind of easy to see now that he's not buttoning up all the way, and he's currently focused on getting cactus needles out of his hand

but he is field ops so he notices her - ]

[you know what? sure. mineo will go along with whatever aoi asks of him - hence why they're headed for the kitchen!]

and mineo has decided he's done doing helpful things for a while so he's just going to wander into one of the rooms? we'll say it's the rec room and once he notices aoi there he's just going to pull out his phone and send her a quick:]
